Neville Williams

Neville Williams is a solar industry pioneer.  He is an accomplished entrepreneur and author, having founded three companies and written two books.  His first company, the Solar Electric Light Fund, was formed as a non-profit and is responsible for illuminating a large section of the developing world with local, solar electric light.  He also founded the Solar Electric Light Company (SELCO) to provide solar power to rural homes in India.  Most recently, he founded Standard Solar, which is now the largest provider of solar power installation services in the mid-Atlantic region of the US.

One of his books, Chasing the Sun, was praised by President Bill Clinton:

“I really loved your book. I got so excited about it I told Hillary and Chelsea to read it, and then made everyone in the Clinton Foundation read it. It’s terrific!”

Neville also served as the national media director for Greenpeace.  He is a Board member of dasolar.com.

Douglas Arrison

Douglas Arrison is Founder and CEO of dasolar.com and is a serial entrepreneur in software, online video and online marketing.  His long held fascination with solar power, and his commitment to change the way people get their energy drive his efforts to promote the use of solar, wind and renewable energy.
